Who we are

This site is run by St Michael's Lodge No. 3521, which meets at The Knole, Knole Road, Bournemouth, BH1 4DH. For anything about your information, write to us through our contact page.

What we collect, and why

If you use our enquiry form, we collect the details you give us: your name, your email address, your phone number if you choose to add it, what your enquiry is about, and your message. We use these only to read and reply to your enquiry.

We ask for your consent before you send the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time by asking us to delete your message.

How your message reaches us

The form is delivered to us by email through a third-party service, FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), acting on our behalf. Your message passes through that service only so that it can be emailed to us. We do not store enquiries in any database beyond the email we receive.

How long we keep it

We keep your message for only as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry, and then we delete it. We do not use your details for marketing, and we never sell or share them with anyone else.

Maps

Some pages show an embedded map from Google Maps. If you interact with the map, Google may collect data under its own privacy policy.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. To do any of these, get in touch through the contact page.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
